Delivery & ReturnsUK Delivery:
Our unique “White Glove” delivery service is offered throughout the UK* with two trained delivery agents in a dedicated vehicle offering a personal service. The "White Glove" delivery service includes: • Delivery to the customer’s room of choice. • Unpacking of the items • Basic Assembly of the items. • Removal and Environmental disposal of all packing materials and waste. * Unfortunately at the moment we cannot offer the “White Glove” service to: Channels Islands, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands, Outer Hebrides, Orkney Islands, Western Isles, Isle of Eigg, Brodick and Millport and the Isle of Scilly. Outside UK: We can deliver to most parts of Europe and the US within 10 days. Recent deliveries have included America, Asia, Spain and France. Please Contact us for more information. Unfortunately at this stage we cannot guarantee our “white glove” service on orders outside of the UK. Details of the exact delivery service will be confirmed at time of order. Delivery Disclaimer: Please refer to our Terms and Conditions which apply to all purchases. Exact Delivery Times: All deliveries will be conducted by our dedicated delivery team, by courier, or by specialised delivery companies, dependent on volume, cubic weight, and distance. If you would like to know exactly how we will be delivering your purchase then please contact us. In line with Health and Safety insurance requirements and the prevailing culture of litigation, Flemington Design will not be held responsible for any damage to goods and/or property as a result of deliveries beyond the threshold of your property. Items delivered via staircases and upstairs are carried out at the property owners risk. It is the customers responsibility to inform us of any factors that will prevent us from a normal delivery service ie; Restricted access, Restricted Parking, Red Routes, Restricted vehicle size restrictions. If we are unable to deliver the goods we will charge a 20% handling fee and all delivery charges incurred. We would like to remind our customers that it is their responsibility to ensure all goods shall fit through entrance doors or hallways. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, Flemington Design will not be held responsible for any consequential loss incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet an estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer. Force Majeure: Flemington Design have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. Returns: Damaged or missing products must be reported on the delivery note which must be handed back to the delivery agents. We also need to be informed within 3 days on info@flemingtondesign.com. Non Deliveries: We will not accept liability of goods lost in transit unless notified by the next working day after the expected delivery date. Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied by the next working day after the delivery. Products Returns - Damaged in Transit: Any items are damaged in transit, we require that you report it to us by emailing info@flemingtondesign.com and requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before goods can be returned to us. This must be completed within 48 hours as we will need to claim on the damage from our courier. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, then you should sign the couriers delivery note accordingly, otherwise you should always sign goods as UNCHECKED. Please ensure you detail on the Product Return Ticket notes how the goods were signed for and whether there was any visible damage to the box when it was delivered. For all UK Mainland orders collection and replacement costs for faulty goods will be met in FULL by Flemington Design Ltd. For items delivered outside UK Mainland the customer will be liable for any collection and/or redelivery costs. Items must be ready to be returned with their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Damaged goods signed for in good condition may not be accepted for return. Products Returns - Unwanted within 7 days of receipt: As a consumer you have the right, under the Office of Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations, to cancel the contract and receive a refund for your goods. However, we will only accept unwanted products for refund within 7 days of delivery, provided that the goods are complete with all relevant packaging and accessories in “pristine as new” condition. Soiled, damaged or incomplete products will not be accepted. Bespoke furniture and carvings and any sale goods are exempt from this cannot be returned unless faulty. You must inform us in writing of your request to cancel by emailing info@flemingtondesign.com and requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before goods can be returned to us. This must be completed within seven working days from the day your goods were delivered to you. We will offer to collect the goods from you at your cost or you can return the goods to us yourself via an insured courier (should goods be received back to us damaged it will be your responsibility to claim for the damage from the courier and we will not issue a refund). Unwanted items returned for refund or exchange, for whatever reason, but within 7 days will NOT be subject to a warehouse re-stocking fee, and you will be refunded the value of the returned item in FULL less the charge from the courier for collecting the goods should you require us to do so. Unwanted items returned for refund or exchange, for whatever reason, but outside 7 days will only be accepted at our discretion and will be subject to a 25% warehouse re-stocking fee. Products Returns - Faulty within 28 days of receipt: If any product is to be returned as faulty within the first 28 days of receipt, we require that you report it to us by emailing info@flemingtondesign.com and requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before goods can be returned to us. Any product returned as faulty within the first 28 days of receipt must be assessed by the manufacturer to confirm that fault. This process can take up to 5 working days from collection of the product. Should a fault be confirmed by us then we will offer a repair or replacement of the product. For all UK Mainland orders collection and replacement costs for faulty goods will be met in FULL by Flemington Design Ltd. For items delivered outside UK Mainland the customer will be liable for any collection and/or redelivery costs. All original packaging must be retained for returns/refund/warranty purposes. Should you require returning a product you MUST have kept all the original packaging and accessories. If your goods go faulty within 28 days and you have not kept the packaging you will be referred back to the manufacturer for a warranty repair. Products Returns - Faulty after 28 days of receipt: If any product develops a fault after the first 28 days since receipt, we require that you report it to us by emailing info@flemingtondesign.com and requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before goods can be returned to us. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse for which there can be no refund or exchange. You may be liable for the courier costs to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. |
